Airtel has launcehd “Priority 4G Network” for its Platinum Mobile Users. Airtel says its customers need to have a Rs 499 plan or higher to qualify as a Platinum Customer.
The Telecom Company has developed advanced technologies that gives its Platinum Users preference on the network. Because of this Platinum Customers will experience faster 4G Speeds.
Platinum customers also enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including a customised Platinum UI on Airtel Thanks app.
With preference over network connectivity and faster 4G speeds, Platinum Customers will also get “red carpet customer care with peeferential service at all call centres and retail stores”. Their will be dedicated staff to attend these Special Platinum Customers.
