Amitabh Bachchan will now give you directions on Google Maps

Google Map users may soon hear Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan giving voice directions. Unlike a lady voice giving you directions on your way to the desired location. You will soon listen The Amitabh Bachchan’s voice giving you directions.

Google has Approached the Bolloywood Star to use his magnanimous and unique voice in giving voice directions used in Google Maps.

The Voice directions presently offered uses an AI enabled male or female voice.

“Amitabh Bachchan has the most influential and recognisable baritone. Hence, he is the best choice for the voice of Google Maps. He has been approached, but the contract has not been signed yet,” Mid-Day reported.

The iconic Bollywood star has been offered an exorbitant sum of money for this project. But the deal is not finalised, yet. Lets see what Big-B has in mind about the offer.

While this time Big-B is approached, it is not the first time Google has approached famous voices in entertainment and music industry.

Popular stars like John Legend and Issa Rae have given their voices to the Google Assistant, but they are region-restricted and are not available in India.

Lets see what future has to give India. Google Map is highly used in India. It is mostly used to find directions to the desired location. It comes very handy in your smartphone. It can find directions specific to the mode of transport like on Foot, two-wheeler, four-wheeler.
